Movie: Sin City
A few days ago, I watched the movie Sin City. I thought it would be a cool movie. I was wrong. I'm not telling the movie sucked, but it could have been a lot better. One great thing about this movie was they forgot to put colors in it everywhere, except some places. Another thing was that a lot of people got shot, but didn't die. So the 'killing'spree could continue for almost two hours. Bruce Willis even pounded a freak's head to pulp at one of the final scenes. "After a while all I do is pounding wet chumps of bone into the flourboards, so I stop" Even though I think Bruce's acting is this movie quite sucked, without his story the movie wouldn't have been this great. That is for the multirampages. Except they should have given him a shotgun or two. Maybe even two Spas12's. That would have done more damage.
Damn, my applejuice sucks. I bought another brand today, and it makes me want to puke.
But back to the movie. The stories being told in it makes totally no sense. They should have been linked in a big story, but I never saw any link, anywhere. Here and there there was a scene where you saw two actors from two different stories in the same bar, but they haven't spoken a word to eachother. They barrely noticed eachother, and that's normal, because they're total strangers to eachother. No link here.
I don't understand how the director is going to make a second and third movie with this attitude. I've read Frank Miller's Sin City comicbooks. Those were fantastic. But the first movie about it, blows!
If you leave out all the stuff that doens't make any sense, and come up with your own idea of how this might have been linked together, this might be the best movie ever!

UPDATE:
Ok, this time I went to the theatre to see Sin City ... AGAIN! Ok, I have to admit, the first time I saw it, it was on my computer. I'm smart enough to use a FTP program to download shit and stuff.
But all of this doesn't matter right now, and never will. My point is ... this movie rocks even more now I saw it a second time. I link stuff to eachother more than before. So this makes me smarter than the people who only saw it once, or not at all. But everyone who knows the comicbook, will have me beat up for the next sentence: DOWNLOAD the movie, it's really not worth the money!
